With a background in Economics, she works as an Operational Executive, ensuring the smooth functioning of project operations. Her responsibilities include managing billing processes, maintaining timesheets, data, organizing essential documentation, and overseeing ClickUp task management. Her attention to detail and structured approach contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of internal workflows. She plays a key role in supporting the team’s daily functions and keeping project activities on track.

Sadia Islam

Sadia Islam Executive, Capacity Building

A dedicated social innovation professional with experience in capacity building, research, and program implementation. She has contributed to projects in education, culture, and community development, with a focus on preserving intangible cultural heritage through fieldwork across Bangladesh.

She has also supported research under a UNESCO initiative, exploring indigenous knowledge systems. Additionally, she plays a key role in communication, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation to drive the success and sustainability of projects.

Sabiha Jahan

Experienced with successful track record in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Management and Development Activities for different product & process design specially in Non-Banking Financial Institution.

During last 8 years of job experience with one NBFI and one multi-national Telecommunication company, the major assignments carried out are – retail, micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) lending and risk analysis, corporate banking activities that includes relationship managing, lending and risk analysis, financial product development, process design & implementation and increasing efficiency, new business development which includes cluster finance in rural level, running a team of over 20 people located in different areas of the country.

Nurul Amin

With more than 31 years’ experience in project implementation, management, operations and business development with the last 10 years hold the organizational leadership positions. Lead the country office strategies, organizational growth portfolio to provide overall organizational and governance support. Establish and functionalize operations unit and coordinate with program, functional and technical team to ensure that programs are capable to produce high quality deliverables.

Leading to implement the food security and livelihood program (21 projects and 5 consultancies) through direct delivery as well as market development approach. Collaborate with the program and functional team to identify, design and deploy programmatic and management strategies and implementation plans.

Strong technical background to support crop production technology, agricultural mechanization, agriculture extension, IGA facilitation, increase productivity and income, women’s economic empowerment, rural hygienic sanitation coverage and renewable energy. The combination of technical, managerial and leadership experiences provide me a wide range of scope and space to work in the development sector.

Mohiuddin Rasti Morshed, Director of Dotlines Social Enterprise, brings 23 years of expertise in corporate financing, investment banking, and risk management to his role.

His extensive financial acumen has been instrumental in developing and implementing tailored financial solutions that have directly empowered over 12,500 farmers and rural households in Bangladesh. His strategic approach to managing complex financial operations has not only facilitated access to critical resources but has also driven significant improvements in the livelihoods of underprivileged communities.

Syed’s expertise spans P&L management, strategic forecasting, and program operations, with a strong focus on mobile technology applications in health, agriculture, and education. He has successfully led cross-functional teams in Design, Software, Finance, and Networking across diverse global regions, including South Asia, Southeast Asia, the MENA region, and the Caribbean.

His leadership has driven impactful projects and policy advocacy, working in close collaboration with international donors, NGOs, and tech partners to advance development goals and enhance global well-being through innovative solutions.
